Five on Friday - December Goals

Today I’m recapping my November goals and listing my December goals.  As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals. 


November Goals

Relationships

N  Go on a date with Brian.

Y  Have a poker night with friends.

Y  Go to dinner with my girlfriends.

 

Personal/Health/Wellness/Fitness/Beauty

Y  Meditate, devotional, gratitude journal, and affirmations every day.

N  Close all rings on my Apple Watch 18 days. – I let myself be lazy during Thanksgiving break, and therefore, I only closed them all 14 times last month.

N  Aim to average 8,000/steps per day. – Again, I let myself be lazy, and I only averaged 6,986 steps per day last month.

Y  Visit with my therapist.

Y  Research this new potential cause of my vertigo/dizziness.

Y  Complete 25 days of The Bible Recap.

Y  Read 1 book. – I read a book of poetry.

 

Family/School/Fun

Y  Attend the Home and School Advisory meeting for November.

Y  Attend the soft opening for my friend, Khristina’s, new bookstore.

Y  Get Maui groomed.

Y  Take Maui for her annual checkup at the vet.

Y  Volunteer at the middle school dance.

Y  Attend the Georgia vs. Tennessee game in Athens!

X  Attend the Home and School open meeting for November. – I had another meeting come up, so I had to skip this one.

Y  Take Olivia to her annual eye appointment checkup.

Y  Olivia have baby teeth extracted.

Y  Celebrate Thanksgiving.

Y  Watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Y  Have our annual North Pole breakfast.

Y  Take family photos for Christmas cards.

Y  Watch a lot of college football.

Y  Continue working on our fall puzzle.

Y  Start watching all of our favorite Christmas movies. – We watched Home Alone and Home Alone 2, and I watched Serendipity and The Holiday numerous times.

 

Home/Organization/Planning

Y  Decorate the whole house for Christmas.

Y  Plan outfits for family photos for Christmas cards.

Y  Prep and plan for our North Pole breakfast.

Y  Prep and plan for Thanksgiving.

Y  Start prepping and planning for Christmas.

Y  Knock out a lot of our Christmas shopping.

Y  Order Christmas cards.

N  Update album artwork for at least 25 albums in iTunes.

Y  Back up the last few months of pictures and videos.

N  List more stuff to sell.

N  Work on at least 1 task on Master To Do List.

 

Blog/Social Media

Y  Try to get ahead on blog posts. – I got ahead by 10 days this month!  I lost a little bit of ground over Thanksgiving break, but I’m still ahead a good bit!

Y  Share all holiday gift guides on the blog.

Y  Post at least 1 Reel.

  1. I have been doing so bad with getting my steps in now that our weather has turned so cold! I was thrilled to hit 5,000 before bed last night. I am just not motivated to get outside and while I am working out 30 minutes a day it's just not the same.

  2. I haven’t been as active either. Still get my 10,000 but that’s not hear what I normally get but I imagine I’ve done slot of hustle and bustle, lol. Love these photos! Happy Weekend!
