Five on Friday - June Goals

Today I’m recapping my May goals and listing my June goals.  As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals.  May was pure insanity, and therefore, I kept my goals list pretty short and sweet.  While I didn’t accomplish everything I wanted to, I did get the important things done, which is all that matters, I suppose.  ;o)  Let’s see how I did…




May Goals

Relationships

Y  Go on a date with Brian.

Y  Hang out with my girlfriends.

Y  Have a poker night with friends.

Y  Get a pedicure with Momma.

 

Personal/Health/Wellness/Fitness/Beauty

Y  Meditate, devotional, gratitude journal, and affirmations every day.

Y  Drink 64 oz. water most days. 

Y  Close all rings on my Apple Watch 18 days. – I closed them all 22 times.

N  Aim to average 10,000/steps per day. – I averaged 8,912… my lazy days really brought my average down, because most days I averaged 10-11K!

Y  Visit with my therapist.

Y  Go to my orthodontist checkup.

Y  Complete 28 days of The Bible Recap. – I did 31!

Y  Read 1 book. – I read two!

 

Family/School/Fun

Y  Attend Field Day at the kids’ school.

Y  Attend an outdoor concert downtown.

Y  Assist with Teacher Appreciation Week at the kids’ school.

Y  Assist with Olivia’s field trip to Callaway Gardens.

Y  Chair and chaperone Jacob’s 7th/8th grade end-of-the-year dance.

Y  Watch Olivia dance in her SIXTH dance recital!!

Y  Assist with Olivia’s end-of-the-year class party.

Y  Celebrate the last day of school and breathe a sigh of relief!!!!

 

Home/Organization/Planning

Y  Plan a celebration for Olivia’s teacher’s birthday.

Y  Plan and purchase end-of-the-year teacher gifts.

Y  Finish planning the end-of-year 7th/8th grade dance.

Y  Plan, prep, and purchase #allthethings for Olivia’s recital weekend.

Y  Plan and send out Sign-Up Genius for Olivia’s end-of-the-year class party.

Y  Finish pressure washing the driveway, sidewalk, and curb.

Y  Plan, prep, purchase everything and pack for beach trip.

Y  Deep clean our shower, take 2. – Thanks, B, for doing this!  <3

N  Fill out Emergency Card on iPhone, take 3.

N  Update album artwork for at least 25 albums in iTunes.

N  List more clothes on Poshmark.

N  Work on at least 1 task on Master To Do List.

 

Blog/Social Media

Y  Get ahead on the blog by at least a couple of days. – I finally got a couple of days ahead, but I’ll be right back behind when we get back from the beach.  Haha.

Y  Complete blog posts for beach week.

N  Complete 1 other blog post for the future.

Y  Post at least 1 Reel.

  2. Olivia is just gorgeous for her recital. What a beautiful princess! I miss those days with Autumn! She gave up her dance school this year to focus on the dance team at her high school (and then she also landed up doing theater). So, she's plenty busy, but I miss it all the same! And, I want Olivia's teacher's bday gifts! YUM!
