Five on Friday - May Goals

Today I’m recapping my April goals and listing my May goals.  As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals. 



April Goals

Relationships

N  Go on a date with B, take 4.  Goodness.

N  Go to lunch with an old coworker.

N  Try to get canceled dinner from December rescheduled with my old coworkers.


Personal/Health/Wellness/Fitness/Beauty

Y  Meditate, quiet time, and affirmations every day.

Y  Drink 64 oz. water most days. 

Y  Close all rings on my Apple Watch 15 days.

Y  Cut back on my evening treat and/or substitute something healthier.

Y  Complete Lenten study.

N  Schedule orthodontist consult for Invisalign.

Y  Continue stretching. – I didn’t do it much, but a little is better than nothing!

Y  Visit with my therapist.

Y  Book next blood donation appointment, take 2.

Y  Read 1 fiction book.

 

Family/Fun

Y  GO TO DISNEY WORLD!!!!

Y  Celebrate my 40th birthday!!

Y  Watch Jacob perform in live Stations of the Cross at school/church.

N  Attend the G-Day game. – The weather was yucky that day, so we opted out.

Y  Celebrate Easter.

Y  Attend the quarterly Home & School Association meeting.

Y  Attend Field Day at the kids’ school.

Y  Watch lots of Jacob’s baseball games.

Y  Record a video every single day of the month and upload to my One Second a Day app.

 

Home/Organization/Planning

Y  Repot all indoor plants with fresh soil.

Y  Plant outdoor plants in pots.

Y  Stock emergency car kit.

N  Clean off front porch. 

Y  Clean off back porch.

N  Clean out garage.

Y  Book summer camps.

N  Schedule somebody to install ledge in laundry room, take 2.

N  Clean out closet in Brian’s office, take 2.

N  Finish listing spring clothes on Poshmark.

N  Complete 1 task on Master To Do List.

 

Blog/Social Media

Y  Post 3-4 times every week.

Y  Start recapping Disney World trip.

Y  Share kids’ bathroom refresh on the blog, take 2.

Y  Share emergency car kit on the blog per reader requests!

Y  Write 2 blog posts for summer break.

Watch Olivia dance in her fourth recital.

Attend the Dave Matthews Band concert in Huntsville (maybe… haven’t 100% decided).

Celebrate the last day of school.

Attend the Dave Matthews Band concert in Atlanta!

Watch Olivia celebrate her First Communion.

Record a video every single day of the month and upload to my One Second a Day app.

Get all school papers sorted and recycled/filed.

    1. Yes! I'd like to not be spending too much time at my computer while the kids are home, so I always try to prep/complete a bunch before summer gets here!
