I had such big plans for August – returning to the gym, returning to hanging out with more family and friends, etc., but since Covid is on the rise drastically here again, sadly, that won’t be happening. Therefore, my goal load will be a little lighter than it would have been otherwise.
Today I’m recapping my July goals and listing my August goals. As always, I’m using a Y for YES and N for NO to indicate whether or not I accomplished my goals.

N Meditate, quiet time, and affirmations every day. – Y’all, I was SO SAD when I realized that I forgot to meditate the day after we went to the concert… I was way off of my normal schedule and completely dropped the ball. Friday Funnies
Our Week – The One with Summertime, Week 10 (Dave Matthews Band Concert and The Friends Experience)
Happy Friday, y’all!
Oh this darn pandemic alters all our plans. The playroom looks great. I hope you can have a super sweet weekend.
ReplyDeleteAugust is going to be a good month! Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteMissing one day of meditation must be disappointing, but you have done so well otherwise! I am now reading a book that's making me think of you, called Mindfulness On The Go. It's very interesting!
ReplyDelete10 out of 33 isn’t bad. It’s better than what I have been doing. Cheers to making our goals in August!
ReplyDeleteI think you did great!! and heres to getting more done in August!
ReplyDeleteLove your goal posts!! I just bought a goal planner and plan to start implementing that. Always love aiming for different things. I really like your relational goal to send happy mail. What a FUN one!
ReplyDeleteDonating blood is a great one to add to the list; I've been meaning to try to donate blood now that I'm off all my iron supplements... maybe I'll be able to give blood for the first time ever in life! (I've always been rejected due to low iron). Best of luck on your August goals!
ReplyDeleteThat would be wonderful! I know they'd love to have you! They just told me last week that there's a severe blood shortage right now!
