Use It
Baking sheet
Buy It
1 can biscuits
(we use the standard size, not the Grand’s, but you could use those, too)
1 jar pizza
sauce
1 cup mozzarella
cheese
1 package
pepperoni
1 tsp. basil
Make It
1.
Preheat
oven to temperature recommended on the biscuit can.
2.
Spray
baking sheet with Pam.
3.
Press
each biscuit into the baking sheet until it’s nice and flat. The biscuits will act as the pizza crust, so
the thinner you press them, the crunchier your crust will be. When you’re done, you should have 8-10 mini
pizza crusts, depending on how many biscuits are in your can. (Ours makes 10.)
4.
Spoon
pizza sauce onto each mini pizza crust.
5.
Sprinkle
mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.
6.
Place
pepperoni on top.
7.
Sprinkle
basil on each of the pizzas.
8.
Bake
at the temperature and time recommended on your biscuit can.
These are ready
in minutes and they’re so delicious! You
could obviously add and subtract toppings to your liking… green peppers and black
olives would be an easy way to make them a bit healthier, and you could even do
fresh basil instead of dried to make them a little fancier. The best part about these is that the buttery
biscuit crust is even more delicious than traditional pizza crust, so our
kiddos eat every single bite… no crust left behind!
Enjoy!
