It’s no secret that I love me some fall, and one of my favorite things about fall is the fashion! I’d take jeans, boots, and scarves over shorts and tanks any day of the week because… I love to be cozy. I love oversized sweatshirts and fleece leggings and fuzzy sweaters and warm scarves. I love wrapping myself up in a cozy throw and I love snuggling with Brian and our babies while we watch TV on the couch. Give me all the snuggles and all the coziness!!
Unfortunately here in the
south, our cool/cold weather only lasts about four months of the year, so we
just don’t get a lot of time to wear the cozy stuff, but you better believe I
wear it every chance I get. Today I’m
linking up with Emily and Sarah to share some of my fall fashion favorites…
these are the staples that make up my fall and winter wardrobe and almost every single one of these is under $30!
Tunics
I wear leggings a lot during
the colder months so I have a collection of tunics to wear with them. Here are a few of my favorites available
right now…
Sweatshirts
When I’m at home, I live in a sweatshirt because I’m always
cold… even during the summer. The softer
the better! And I love to buy them oversized
for an even cozier fit. Here are a few
great options…
Sweaters
I love a good sweater with
jeans and booties or boots during the fall, too. Amazon has some of the cutest options I’ve ever
seen…
Graphic Tees
I’m the queen of graphic
tees and I have them for all of the different holidays. There are so many cute options for fall… I
want all of these!
Leggings
I’m very picky about
leggings and I only own two brands – the infamous Zella Live-In Leggings, and
these 90 Degree Reflex leggings… because they’re nearly identical to the Zellas
at a fraction of the price.
Scarves
Scarves are a great way to
add a fun pop of color or a cute pattern to any outfit, and they’re also a
great way to add layers and warmth to an outfit. In the morning when it’s cold, start the day
off with a scarf, and then in the afternoon when the temps rise, just take it
off and cool off! That happens here a
lot here in the south. ;o) Here are a few that are on my wish list…
Boots
I wear three types of boots during
the winter – riding boots, rain boots, and booties. My exact riding boots are the ones below from
Amazon and they are the most comfortable boots ever! I also love my Hunter rain boots… I have them
in red for football season and pink for spring and summer. And finally, booties are a great way to make
the transition from the hot weather to the cold weather without sweating to
death.
Leopard
Leopard is another pattern
that’s great for fall, and it’s definitely on trend for the upcoming
season. I can’t go anywhere without
seeing leopard. Good thing, because it’s
my favorite animal print! Here are some
great pieces available on Amazon right now…
Now come on, cool
weather!!!! We’re not-so-patiently
waiting for you!!!!

So many cute options! I especially love that chunky turtleneck! And the leopard cardigans. And that plaid vest. So much goodness!
ReplyDeleteYou have so many great options here! Scarfs and boots are some of my favorites for fall. Hats are big one for me too!
ReplyDeleteAh! So many great pieces. I love the lace tunics. I have one in maroon and I need to check if it still fits. I'm obsessed with sweatshirts and cardigans and have too many. I'm considering the leggings and buffalo plaid dress!
ReplyDeleteI love that first gray cardigan so much!
ReplyDeleteWe actually counted and I have more than 12 hooded sweatshirts; I tend to live in my sweatshirts and yoga pants all fall & winter and more often than not buy a new one on each family vacation. I'm slowly trying to cull through them and get rid of a fewer older ones.
ReplyDeleteHaha, that's so funny!! I love sweatshirts, but I cannot do hooded ones. The hoods drive me crazy because my hair lays in them funny. I wouldn't have that problem if I had shorter hair, I suppose!
DeleteI neeeeed that Half Coffee Half Human top!!!
DeleteGreat finds...wow! I love all.the.graphic.tee's!!
ReplyDeleteI wore my roll-tab sleeve tunic today to school! It's the perfect transitional piece since it's thin--perfect here in the South haha!! I love leopard in the fall, too!
