This is Four… Olivia’s Birthday Interview

Our sweet baby girl will be FOUR this weekend, so this past week I interviewed her for her annual birthday interview.  As per usual, she was a silly little thing and also per usual, she started almost every sentence with, “Ummmm…”  Without further ado, I present to you Olivia’s fourth birthday interview!  I’m still cracking up over her answer for question two.  

This is four...

1.      What is your favorite toy?  “Ummmm… a Ariel costume… with a tail on it.  I want that to be for my birthday for my present.”  (She doesn’t have one of those yet so apparently her favorite toy is something she’s never had.)

2.      What is your favorite stuffed animal?  “I want a real baby.”  Me: “Like a human baby or like a pretend baby?”  Olivia: “A human baby… that I can take care of.  I want a human baby that is SUPER real.  And I can rock her, rock her, rock her.”  Me: “Where is this baby going to come from?”  Olivia: “I want it to come from Target.”  Me: “So human babies come from Target?”  Olivia: “Uh huh!” 

3.      What is your favorite game?  “Um, Anna and Elsa game.”  (Yeah, we don’t have one of those so clearly her default for questions she doesn’t know the answer to is going to be Anna and Elsa.  Just like last year.  Haha.)

4.      What is your favorite sport?  “Camera!”  Me: “That’s not a sport!  What’s your favorite sport to play?”  Olivia: “BASKETBALL!”  (Probably because we just went to the UGA basketball game last week.)

5.      What is your favorite book?  “Probably PJ Masks!”  Me: “We don’t have a PJ Masks book.”  Olivia: “No, I just want you to have a PJ Masks book for a present.” 

6.      What is your favorite TV show?  “Ummmm Belle!”  Me: “So not PJ Masks then?”  Olivia: “YESSSS!” 

7.      What is your favorite movie?  “Ummmm probably not a bad one which doesn’t have a little bad thing in it… like PJ Masks.”  Jacob: “PJ Masks is not a movie.  It’s a show.”  Olivia: “I want PJ Masks!”  Me: “Okay then.”

8.      What is your favorite song?  “Um, POLAR EXPRESS!” 

9.      What is your favorite band or singer?  “Um, ELSAAAA!  I love Elsa singing songs!”

10. What is your favorite holiday?  *Without hesitation* “Going to the beach!”  (So I guess she’s British now then.  Haha.)

11. What is your favorite season?  “Um fall!!!!”  (A girl after my own heart!)

12. What is your favorite color?  “Um, pink!”  (Still a no brainer.)  “And purple!  I love purple, too.”

13. What is your favorite animal?  “Um, pig cuz they live in the mud.  Hehehehe.”

14. What is your favorite shirt?  “Um, Anna and Elsa!”  (Weird, because she currently doesn’t even have one aaaand this was her same answer last year.)

15. What is your favorite fruit?  “Umm… pineapple.”  (Odd that this is the first one that came to mind.  She doesn’t eat it very often.)

16. What is your favorite vegetable?  “Umm… tomato!  Actually APPLE!”  (Just for the record she eats neither tomatos nor apples.  Aaaand as you know, neither of those are even vegetables.)

17. What is your favorite snack?  “Ummmm French toast!!!!”  (Just for the record, she’s never once had French toast for a snack.)

18. What is your favorite treat?  “Ummmm, pineapple!  Actually chocolate!  I knew I was gonna say chocolate!” 

19. What is your favorite drink?  “Um, milk.”  (Accurate.  She only drinks milk and water… she doesn’t like juice.)

20. What is your favorite thing to eat for dinner?  “Um, fruits of the spirit!”  Me: “Huh?”  Olivia: “I have that at my school, you know that!”  (So clearly she’s remembering stuff from religion class at school.  Lol.)

21. What is your favorite restaurant?  “The cinnamon roll restaurant!  Where we eat cinnamon rolls!”  (She’s referring to Panera.)

22. Who is your best friend?  “Um, Lucy!”  (For two years running.)  “And Aubrey!  Aubrey starts with A!”

23. What makes you feel happy?  “Um.  Um.  Um.  What makes me happy?  What makes me happy is poopie.”  Me: “-_-” Olivia: “Actually, ummmm Jacob.”  Me: “Awwww.”

24. What makes you feel sad?  “Um, that Lucy doesn’t be nice to me.”

25. What are you afraid of?  “Um, thunder and lightening!”  (Accurate.)

26. What are you thankful for?  “Um, Jacob!”  She then turns to Jacob and says, “I’m thankful for you!”

27. What are you really good at?  “Um, Jacob.”  Me: “That’s not something you’re good at.”  Jacob cracks up and says, “Can you Jacob??”  They both crack up some more.  Olivia: “Probably Anna and Elsa!”  (Funnily enough she also said that last year.  Again, it’s just her default answer when she doesn’t know what to say.)

28. What is your best memory?  “Robots.”  (Well that came out of left field.)

29. What do you want to be when you grow up?  “Um, a real Elsa!!!!  With a real castle!”  Jacob: “That’s not a job!  You can’t be a real Elsa for your job!”  Me: “Well, she could be an Elsa at Disney World one day for her job.”  Olivia: “Yeeeeaaaaahhhh I wanna be a real Elsa at Disney World!”

30. If you could have one wish, what would it be?  *whispers* “A witch!!  And a ghost!  And a robot!!”  (Where in the world did that come from?!)
