Fall Fashion Must-Haves for Minis

I’ve always loved fashion, and once we had kids my love went into overdrive.  Having these two little nuggets to dress is pretty much the best thing ever.  I actually love the fact that they outgrow everything so quickly because that means – more clothes!  More shoes!  More cute little things that I get to shop for!  I’m sure Brian will disagree 100%, but never mind him.  ;o)

Since the season is officially transitioning from summer to winter, I thought that I’d share a few things that we I picked up for our babies for the upcoming chilly weather… if we ever actually get any, that is.  <eyeroll>

G I R L S

I always told B that it was going to be T-R-O-U-B-L-E if we had a little girl, and I was right.  I get just as excited about buying clothes for Olivia as I do for myself these days.  Everything is just so darn stylish for little girls right now and I often find myself wishing that I could find some of her clothes in my size.  My favorite places to shop for little girls are Old Navy, Carter’s, Target, and GAP.

Old Navy is seriously killing it this season, and I think that about 80% of Olivia’s fall wardrobe is from there.  And if you’re looking for the perfect skinny jeans for toddler girls, look no further than GAP.  Last year Olivia lived in her GAP skinnies, and we have already made it to our local store to load up for this year as well.

Here are a few of my favorite things that are currently sitting in her closet just waiting to be worn…

B O Y S

Jacob wears uniforms to school five days a week now, so that doesn’t leave but two days a week that he actually gets to wear what I want he wants.  Therefore, aside from navy pants and red or white polo shirts, we buy a lot less for him now than we used to.  It is a little bit of a bummer.  Because of the fact that he wears uniforms and because the weather still hasn’t changed here, I haven’t picked up much for him for the upcoming season, but here are a few things that I have my eye on…

Come on cold weather!  We’re ready for you!!

  1. I love Old Navy for both of my kids! Ella is 9 and Ian is 11! Target is awesome for Ella, too!~
Ella HATES jeans. She hates the way they feel, she drives me crazy so since she was 4 she has worn leggings. However, we finally found "ballerina jeans" from Old Navy that she will wear! I almost cried I was so happy ;)
    Happy Wednesday!

    1. Haha, Olivia doesn't mind jeans but sometimes she gets irritated with them and wants to take them off. And yes, Old Navy and Target are both the best!

  2. I love the buffalo check top and the boots. Olivia is going to be stylin'! Jacob's closet looks pretty cute too though. Boy clothes aren't quite as fun, but I still think it's great.

  7. Haha I've always told Dean the same thing if we ever have a girl. There is just so much cute stuff. We have about 75% of the items you have for Jacob. I'm loving the plaid vest and may need to get that for Mason.
