Confessions {3.24.2016}

Man, these are fun.  I didn’t intend to participate every week, but apparently I like to vent and tell you guys all of my secrets.  Haha.  This week has been a pretty great week so far, though, so I really don’t have any beef with anyone or anything.  And also – I’m off today and tomorrow!!  #TurnDownForWhat

OK, here we goooo!

I confess…

…that I’m really enjoying sharing our house with you in my Home Tour Tuesday series, but I don’t like that it’s really staged.  I’m trying to show the whole house at its best AKA when it’s clean.  However, the truth is, it’s never clean!  So – I have a little something up my sleeve to share with you at the end of the tour.  Hint: reality.  I definitely don’t want anyone coming to my blog and feeling bad about themselves because they don’t keep their house as spotless as I do.  Because you know what?  I don't.  

…that I don’t think I’m going to have my office ready in time to share with you this Tuesday and I may just take a day off.  Boooo.  There are still a few unfinished projects that need to be completed, some frames that need to be filled, and piles of crap that still need to be sorted and moved before I can photograph it.  Soooo, I’m going to try to get my act together and get it ready this weekend, but I’m not feeling very confident.

…that I’m excited about having some time off with the kiddos this week, but I’m also ecstatic because I’m going to take a day off soon to spend with just me, myself, and I. 

…that I’ve been behind on my blogging correspondence all week.  It’s so tough to keep up with all of the comment responses, emails, Facebook blogging groups, Instagram comments and tags, etc., but I’m so very thankful for each and every one.  I promise to get caught up very soon!

…that Blogger is really pissing me off because they keep changing my account to a “No Reply Blogger.”  In case you don’t know what that is, it means that when you comment on someone’s blog, they can't reply to you via email because your email address is blank.  Every time it happens I have to go through the whole rigamarole of getting it changed back over.  Doesn’t take terribly long, but it’s just annoying that they keep changing it.  LEAVE IT ALONE, BLOGGER!  PART OF BLOGGING IS CORRESPONDING WITH OTHER BLOGGERS!  Thank goodness for Amy for always giving me the heads up when it happens!

…that Lent is officially over on Sunday and I may or may not have plans to eat an entire bag of Dark Chocolate M&Ms.  Holy crap, I can’t believe I’ve been candyless for almost 40 days!
